THE WONDERLAND OF VIETNAMESE STAMPS '99

Vietnamese Women's Costumes
Code: 814

The long dress has since long become a traditional & typical costume of Vietnamese girls & women throughout Vietnam from the North through the Centre to the South. The old dress is usually made of a thin, soft with darkly coloured fabric; but deeply impressed by its own original design with fine cutting and sewing lines that fits them like a glove to further enhance their natural beauty.">

Nowadays, although the women's traditional costume is a little changed in design to the modern and made of various materials of different colours, it remains traditional form and is extremely fond of by women. Everywhere, at schools & colleges, in restaurants & hotels, on streets, or festival days, charming traditional costumes are fllutering themselves in the wind. Vietnamese Women's Costumes have been familiar to foreigners & considered the Vietnamese women's symbol.
