In celebration of the 40th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Philately Association, DGPT issues a special stamp set entitled “40th anniversary of the Vietnam Philately Association (30/12/1960-30/12/2000)”. The one model set has a face value of VND400, representing the last 40 years of development of the Vietnam Philately Association for the sake of further development of Vietnam’s postage stamps.
