Southern Vietnam's Landscapes Code:803
Cultural & historical relics and famous beauty-spots of the South of Vietnam have drawn much attention and interest from a lot of tourists worldwide. In order to introduce typical sights in three southernmost coastal provinces of Vietnam, Department General of Posts & Telecommunications (DGPT) issues the stampset "Southern Vietnam's Landscapes" consisting of three values: - The 3 - 1: Ca Mau Cape (Ca Mau province) - a famous beauty-spot bearing both historical imprint and original spot - 400d - The 3 - 2: Father & Son Islet (Kien Giang province) - a famous landscape - 400d - The 3 - 3: Vinh Hung ancient Tower (Bac Lieu province) - Oc Eo cultural relics, built by red brick, 9.5 metres in height, 4 metres in width on the high land of Vinh Hung district, Bac Lieu province.
