Woodpeckers (Bach Ma National Botanical Garden) - Code: 805

Bach Ma National Botanical Garden is one of the famous gardens in Vietnam. The garden was founded in 1986 and was recognised a National Garden in 1991. It was located in the north of Truong son Range's end stretching from East Sea to Laos border, belonging to Phu loc district, Thua thien Hue province. The garden has total area of over 22,000 square metres and situated on 1,444-metre altitude. It preserves many rare & precious species of fauna & flora in Vietnam. In order to introduce the woodpeckers available in Bach Ma garden, Department General of Posts & Telecommunications (DGPT) issues the stampset "Woodpeckers (Bach Ma National Botanical Garden)" consisting of four values:

- The 4 - 1: Woodpecker (Chrysocolaptes lucidus) - 400d

- The 4 - 2: Woodpecker (Picumnus innominatus) - 1,000d

- The 4 - 3: Woodpecker (Picus rabieri) - 3,000d

- The 4 - 4: Woodpecker (Blythipicus pyrrhotis) - 13,000d
