Four- season Paintings -   Code: 795

"Four-season" from Hang trong Street's folk painting type is an age-old art painting series and much fond of by Vietnamese people. This series is often used for decoration in many Vietnamese families, particularly on Tet holidays. In order to introduce "Four-season" painting series in Vietnam, Department General of Posts & Telecommunications (DGPT) issues the 1st series "Four-season paintings" consisting of four values:

- The 1st : Spring - full of blooming apricot blossoms & twittering birds implying auspiciousness - 400d.

- The 2nd: Summer - in Clear & blue lotus pond, duck & female duck swimming peacefully- 1,000d.

- The 3rd: Autumn - Chicken and Chrysanthemum - 3,000d.

- The 4th: Winter - the grey & chilly sky with withthered trees, but the greenness of cedar presenting gentlemen's strong vitality, along with deer implying good fortune - 12,000d.
