Four season paintings

     On the occasion of the 2001 New Year, the first in the 21st century and the new millennium, the Department General of Posts and Telecommunications (DGPT) issues a special stamp set entitled "Four seasons paintings". This is the second of this type, consisting of four models using traditional folk style adored by many Vietnamese and foreigners during Tet festival or other festive activities in families.

Model 1: Peach blossoms and birds, representing spring with a face value of VND400

Model 2: Cotton rose and pheasant, representing summer, with a face value of VND800

Model 3: Chrysanthemum and phoenix, representing autumn, with a face value of VND4,000

Model 4: Pine tree and crane, representing winter, with a face value of VND10,000.
