     The Department General of Posts and Telecommunications (DGPT) issues a special stamp set entitled "Fresh water fish needs protection", introducing a number of fresh water fish species which live in rivers, springs, lakes and ponds of Vietnam and are on the verge of extinction. The issuance of the stamp set is an alarm bell that wakes the consciousness of people, requiring them to protect the water resources of Vietnam, tuning in line with the global trend of environment protection.
